Getting Ready for the 50
This week I will just shoot for 35 miles. Monday and Wed doing 6 each outside and Tues and Thurs 3 each- Treadmill. Saturday needs to be a 15 miler with a 3 mile recovery Sunday- unless I end up running with Linda Friday then I can skip the Sunday.
The week after I should be increasing to 40 miles total with a long run of 20.
